Environmental Compliance for New Development

CDIM was contracted to perform due diligence for transfer of property from the State of California to an affordable housing corporation.  CDIM provided environmental support services over the project development that have included the Phase 1/2 ESA, supplemental vapor intrusion evaluation with health risk assessment, preparing a Site Mitigation Plan for vapor barrier and soils management, preparing a Dust Control Plan, classifying approximately 10,000 cubic yards of soils for offsite disposal, performing construction compliance activities including responding to RFIs/submittals for vapor barrier system,  continuous PM10 monitoring, compliance inspections, and responding to environmental issues as they occurred.
