Hazardous Materials Compliance for Drinking Water Plants
CDIM supports the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) water supply and treatment division by providing hazardous materials compliance, risk management planning, and asset management for chemical storage and use at three of its drinking water treatment plants. CDIM services include preparation of RMPs in compliance with the California Accidental Release Prevention Program (CalARP), Spill Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC) under 40 CFR 112, Title 22 hazardous waste tank integrity assessments, compliance auditing, development of standard operating procedures, asset management and preventive maintenance system support, seismic and structural analysis for chemical tanks, offsite consequence analysis, and operator training.
