CIVIL ENGINEERING FOR BUILDING UPGRADES

Under contract to the City and County of San Francisco, a CDIM Principal was civil engineer for redevelopment of San Francisco’s War Memorial Veterans Building. The scope of work included water and sewer utility upgrades and grading, paving and accessibility improvements for sidewalk and parking lot reconstruction. The three-year project included development of design drawings, specifications and support during construction including requests for information, review of work plans and product submittals, and scrutinizing requests for contract change.
